Deposit

On accepting a place at Playdays, a deposit of one month’s fees will be required to secure the place. This will be refunded in ‘ 6-8 weeks after the last month of your child’s attendance subject to the normal notice period of one calendar month (see terms & conditions), and that there are no outstanding fees. Should there be a reduction in a child’s attendance or a child leaving, this can only occur on the last day of the month and a minimum of one month’s notice is required in writing.

Payment

All fees are payable monthly in advance by direct debit. We welcome brothers and sisters at Playdays and offer a 10% discount off the fees of any additional children of a family who already have one child with us. There are also other savings that can be made in terms of your childcare fees. Playdays is registered with various companies who can establish links allowing your employers to pay the nursery fees direct enabling you to have significant personal savings. Examples of various companies who manage these schemes and are completely independent to Playdays are Accor, Busy Bees / Computershare and Sodexo to name a few.
